Got a paint job and apparently a new leasing agent. It’s a shame it’s been abandoned so long, but at least it looks cleaned up now. Curious if there’s been any interest in the property… Does anyone know?
This must have fallen out of the last developers hands or they downsized their plans for a four plus story building at this site. Pamela Day was a contestant on The Apprentice 2 and I met her at her presentation of building plans to Culver City City Council September 2007. http://www.pamday.com http://www.crimsonholdings.com
Much of the opposition who spoke was related to the excessive height and planned single exit/entrance on Centinela and how Culver City would deal with traffic exiting northbound into Los Angeles so close to the intersection at Washington Place.
