The Mar Vista Branch of the LA Public Library has a lot of big things happening in July. The Friends of The Mar Vista Library are holding their next Book Sale on Saturday, July 17th, out in front of the library, from 10am – 4pm. All book sales support the library, so please come out and shop. They are also hosting a Volunteer Clean-Up Day on Saturday, July 31st from 10am – 2pm. (And yes, I will remind you closer to the date…)

The Mar Vista Library has been affected by budget cuts just like everything else, unfortunately. And that means new, shorter hours beginning July 18th, listed below.

Sundays & Mondays: closed

Tuesdays: 12:30pm – 8pm

Wednesdays: 10am – 5:30pm

Thursdays: 12:30pm – 8pm

Fridays & Saturdays: 10am – 5:30pm
