I got a couple of emails with recipe tips for greens and lentils I thought I'd share.
Here’s one reader's favorite Kale recipe:
Chop a big red onion. Simmer in olive oil till glazed not brown. Chop Kale add to onion and cover sauce pan with a lid. Stir a few times and simmer for about 10 min (or less if you like it more raw.) Uncover last few minutes to let water evaporate. Add Braggs Amino and a squeeze of lemon. Done. The leftovers make a great addition to omelets or morning potatoes. Garlic is good too but my kids won't eat it with garlic.
Hope you like it.

Umm, I can promise I will like it!

And then another reader sent me a link to some slow cooker recipes -- some with lentils: http://www.justslowcooking.com/inxlen.html

Thanks!!
