She starts with these gorgeous fungi, from Cynthia Rogers at Tradewinds Mushrooms, Cynthia Rogers from Tradewinds mushroomsslices them up, and sautes them in very hot olive oil for a few minutes until they’re browned and heated through. When they’re almost finished cooking, she adds a splash of mirin sauce, some sliced green onions and salt, right at the end. Sounds super easy and delicious! Thanks, Rebecca!
